§ 1 The scope of application

Our business relations are based on these Terms and Conditions.
Deviating general terms and conditions of our customers will not be accepted, even if we have not expressly objected to them and accept and execute the order.

§ 2 Newsletter registration

Our regular e-mail newsletters contain free information as well as our current offers and product promotions.
You can register for the newsletter via one of our websites, whereby you must enter your current e-mail address and your name. The information provided must be truthful and complete.
After sending the registration by clicking the button, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. By clicking on this link your registration is completed or when an order is placed from our ebook “the secret of muscle growth”.
The membership is free of charge and can be cancelled freely without notice or form.
We reserve the right to refuse the registration.
We are not obliged to maintain the service.

§ 3 Our offers, the conclusion of the contract and the handling of payments

To accept our offers, please click on the link provided to go to our website with the presentation of the offer. There you can select the desired offer and get to the order page by clicking on the button “order now” or similar.
You will then be directed to the website of our payment provider. There you make the payment by entering the requested data. Your order is then triggered by clicking on the button “Buy now”.
You will receive an automatically generated e-mail summarizing the contract data.

§ 4 Our service provision

Download products can be downloaded on a special website, which can be accessed via the link provided by us.
The access to our video courses, which is subject to payment, is carried out via the access data (user name and password) provided to you after conclusion of the contract.
Material products are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

§ 5 Events

Minimum number of participants: A minimum number of participants is required for our events, which is stated in our service description. We can cancel the event and withdraw from the contract at the latest on the 14th day before the agreed start of the event if the stated minimum number of participants is not reached. The payments made will be refunded immediately.
Event cancellation/cancellation/change: Due to the cancellation of a lecturer or the rented venue or force majeure (such as natural disasters, strike) and similar reasons, the course of the event may deviate from the structure indicated (in particular in terms of place and time) or the event may be finally cancelled. In this case you will be informed immediately. If an event date has to be postponed, you will be informed immediately. If you are not able to attend the event and no other alternative date is possible, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case as well as in case of cancellation of the event, the payments made will be refunded immediately.
Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation fees: You have the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge up to the 30th day before the start of the event. In case of later withdrawal, we can demand an appropriate compensation for our costs and the loss of profit up to 2 weeks before the start of the course in the amount of 50%, up to 1 week before the short start in the amount of 75% and up to the start of the event in the amount of 90% of the agreed event fee. We reserve the right to prove and assert any further damages. You shall be permitted to prove that no damage at all or substantially less than the above lump sums has occurred. The payments made by you will be refunded immediately in the corresponding amount in the event of withdrawal.
Withdrawal in case of illness etc.: In the event of an impediment through no fault of your own (e.g. illness, accident, death in the family) and upon presentation of appropriate proof, you may cancel your participation in writing at any time. Any payments made by you will be refunded immediately.
Transfer of the event ticket: Furthermore, the event ticket can be transferred to a suitable replacement participant with our prior consent.
Event documents and copyright: The event documents prepared and made available by us are subject to copyright protection and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or made available to third parties.
Services not used: If you do not make use of individual services that were properly offered to you for reasons attributable to you (e.g. because you left the event early), you are not entitled to a pro-rata refund of the price.

§ 6 Right of cancellation

1. Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period and that you return the goods within the period defined below.

1.2 Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this agreement. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functioning.

1.3 Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if your seal has been removed after delivery.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and unopened with all accessories. If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight collect. Please note that compliance with the aforementioned conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

1.4 No right of withdrawal for digital goods

There is no right of withdrawal for digital products such as eBooks, videos, video courses, documents or similar products. With the purchase and the acceptance of these terms and conditions / cancellation policy, the customer expressly waives his right of cancellation for Digital Products. With the exception of the ebook “The secret of muscle growth”, there you have a 30 day money-back guarantee. All other digital products (courses) are excluded from the right of return and a money back guarantee and the right of withdrawal, because we can assume that you can get a good overview of the path of the hero through our ebook “The Secret of Muscle Growth” and the bonus content, so that you can make a clear decision whether you want to go with the path of the hero into the future. § 1 Scope of application

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business form part of every contract between www.thepathofthehero.org (hereinafter referred to as TPOTH) and the Customer for the provision of a The Way of the Hero Video Course (hereinafter referred to as VC).

(2) The subject of the VC is the purchase of a video course from DWDH, which can be viewed on the online portal of www.thepathofthehero.org. The online portal contains video courses, documents (PDF), booklets (E-format) and e-books, which are activated for the Customer immediately after the purchase (depending on which video course the Customer purchases). The purchase of the video course grants the customer the unlimited, simple and non-exclusive right to all video courses that can be accessed via the online portal and that he has purchased.

(3) All contents of the video courses, documents and e-books are protected by copyright. The customer acquires the right to use the video courses and e-books for his individual purposes. Passing on the contents of the Online Academy portal to unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

(4) The language used for the conclusion and execution of this contract is the english language. TPOTH shall provide its services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions, which shall be sent to the Customer when a binding contractual offer is sent via e-mail or link.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) TPOTH shall send a binding offer to the Customer by e-mail or the offer can be found on the website. The Customer can accept this offer in a binding manner by clicking on the link in the offer and paying the deposit amount stated there. By clicking on the payment link for the deposit amount, the Customer shall be transferred to a page of the payment processor of TPOTH, where he/she can make payment by clicking on the “Buy Now” order button after entering his/her data. By carrying out the payment of the deposit, the Customer submits his binding declaration to purchase the license. Herewith the contract for the complete service of TPOTH is concluded in the amount of the complete total price.

The execution of the payment link as well as the information to be subsequently entered on the payment page shall be carried out using mouse and keyboard. Errors can also be corrected using the mouse and keyboard.

(2) The Customer shall be informed about the conclusion of the contract by email after placing his order.

§ 3 Terms of service

In addition (if included in the respective promotion) certain bonus items (such as an e-book, PDF’s etc.)
